Chickpea and Mango Salad (Chaat)

Ingredients
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp amchur mango powder
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 19- oz can of chickpeas drained
- 2 large mangoes diced
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- ½ cup red onion finely diced
- Herbs of your choice
Instructions
- Whisk first 6 ingredients together in a small bowl, this is your tangy sauce.
- Place chickpeas, mango, pomegranate, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with tangy sauce, adorn with herbs of your choice
