Herbed Chicken Kebab

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken ⁣
  • 1 tsp sea salt⁣
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper⁣
  • 1 egg⁣
  • ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs⁣
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced⁣
  • ¼ cup cilantro coarsely chopped⁣
  • ¼ cup dill coarsely chopped⁣
  • ¼ cup chives coarsely chopped⁣
  • Vegetable oil for shallow frying⁣

Instructions

  • Gently mix together all the ingredients except the oil.
  • Heat ½-inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Working in batches, add kebabs (patties) and fry for 60-90 seconds per side or until golden brown and cooked through, adding more oil as needed (you may need to change the oil as it darkens)⁣.
