4cupspacked salad greens of your choice (I used micro-greens), washed and patted dry
1cupstrawberrieshulled and cut into a 1/4-inch dice
1cupcucumbersdeseeded and cut into 1/4-inch half-moon slices
1/2cuphazelnutscoarsely crushed
1/4cupslivered pistachios
Instructions
Make the vinaigrette:
In a jar, add lemon juice, brown sugar, and sea salt. With lid on, shake well until sugar and salt have dissolved. Add oil, and shake until the dressing is well blended.
Make the salad:
Wash and pat greens completely dry. Arrange the greens on a large serving platter.
Top with cucumbers and strawberries. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and pistachios.
