Ingredients

raw almonds
unblanched

olive oil

coconut sugar
or light brown sugar

pul biber or Aleppo pepper

hot smoked paprika

fine sea salt
Instructions
Heat oven to 350F.
In a medium-sized bowl, add olive oil, sugar, pul biber, paprika, and salt. Mix to combine. Tip in almonds and toss well, till coated evenly.
Spread almonds in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 7-9 minutes, until fragrant.
Allow to cool before enjoying.
