Toast your bread in a pan on both sides, till golden.
In a small bowl, combine butter with salt and crushed red chillies. Smear on one side of toast and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine spring onions, chillies, cilantro, grated cheese and 1 Tbsp. Kewpie mayo. Mix to combine.
Spread cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
Place under the broiler. Place toast on a baking tray and broil 4-5 minutes, till cheese is melted and bubbly
Take it out of the oven, cut into half, diagonally and enjoy with Kewpie mayonnaise harissa!
